The Haunted Chico Tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, covering about .7 of a mile at a leisurely pace so you can soak in the history (and watch the shadows)..

We recommend comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Nights in Chico can get chilly—especially when the spirits are out—so bring a light jacket.

Our goal is to give you chills, not nightmares. The stories are spooky, mysterious, and historically grounded. While we do visit areas known for paranormal activity, there are no jump scares or staged frights, only the real, eerie atmosphere of Chico’s haunted history.

The Haunted Chico Tour is suitable for ages 12 and up. An adult must accompany all minors. The stories may be unsettling for younger guests.
